Established in 1992 as the go-to high-end event staffing company in the UK, we have always embraced the advantages that technology brings to our business.  For some 30 years we successfully ran a program of developing our own bespoke staffing management system.  Following lockdown, we decided to shelve our own system in favour of a third party platform.  Given our background in developing databases, we were always going to be a challenge to any new platform provider as we knew exactly what we wanted and were already experiencing many of the efficiencies that a good scheduling platform offers.

Following extensive research, we opted to move our business onto CrewPlanner as it was by far the best fit for our organisation.  CrewPlanner delivers 'simplexity' to the user... simple to the operator ... complexity in the background. 

The efficiencies that CrewPlanner gives us has allowed us to spend more time with our clients and staff and less on administration.  CrewPlanner has delivered tangible savings to our organisation particularly in terms of headcount.  We now enjoy a higher degree of operational flexibility that our previous platform was unable to deliver.
